Garnier Ultimate Blends Nourishing Repairer Shampoo and Conditioner

In case you didn't already know I've been trying to get my hair back into good condition for some amount of time. I started dying my hair peroxide blonde when I was about 13, and although I loved it at the time it really was not a good look. The years went by and I dyed my hair every colour you can imagine without actually going down the whole rainbow child thing...not to say I didn't consider it. A year ago I even used a DIY dip dye kit to lighten my ends.

When I stopped dying and using heat on my hair, and going for regular trims I saw a massive improvement in the condition of my hair. It was thicker, longer, and more manageable, and obviously a lot shinier. However, it wasn't quite as sleek as I wanted it to be and I still suffered from dry ends.

I started using paraben free shampoo to help it grow in faster and more healthily. I stopped when I noticed that it made my hair frizzy and dry, but that was only until I discovered the beauty of Ganier's Ultimate Blends Nourishing Repairer. I've used other shampoo and conditioner's in this range and unfortunately I just don't find they work all that well with my hair. This particular product is aimed at those of us with very dry/damaged hair, and contains avocado oil and shea butter! I noticed straight away after drying that my hair looked so smooth and sleek, and even my ends were less brittle.

I'm so happy that I found this little duo just as I was giving up hope of ever finding the perfect paraben free shampoo!

Do any of you guys use paraben free shampoo? What are your tips for maintaining healthy locks?
