The Skincare Products I Couldn't Live Without

Morning everyone! I hope you are all getting the lovely sunshine that I have been loving for the past few days! I don't think I have ever done a proper skin care post before even though I probably moan about the condition of my skin every few posts so I thought I'd change that and go through some of the products that I am forever repurchasing.

I use different products on my skin depending on what mood I am in, how much make up I have on or whether I am in the bath or the shower, but there are three things I use to take my make up off on a regular basis. If I've been having a casual no make up day I usually just need some Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water to get rid of the days dirt and impurities. I honestly love this stuff! The huge bottle lasts me a good few months, it is as gentle on my skin as water, and yet it removes eye make efficiently and without all that scrubbing nonsense. You can usually find this on offer for less than a fiver in the drugstore and I definitely recommend. If my skin has been producing a little more oil than usual or I can feel a break out coming on I use The Body Shop Camomile Silky Cleansing Oil, which actually does a good job of calming my skin down and absorbing excess oils. Weird, since I was always too scared of using an oil on my already oily skin, but it really does wonders for me. The third cleanser is one that I use when I feel as though my skin is a little dry or lacking in radiance, and that is the Superdrug Naturally Radiant Hot Cloth Cleanser. This stuff is so nourishing and luxurious! It contains shea butter to really lock in moisture and kiwi extract to help brighten my skin giving it that 'glow from within' look. I really notice the difference if I don't use this as my skin looks a bit on the dull side, and I've also heard that it is a good dupe for the Liz Earle Hot Cloth Cleanser, which unfortunately doesn't work well with my skin type.

I make it no secret here on the internet that my skin can be a little problematic, and if I neglect it or reach for the make up wipes for so much as a day it starts to break out in all sorts of under the skin devils. To help clear up these kinds of break outs as fast as possible I exfoliate my skin twice a week with the No7 Total Renewal Microdermabrasion Exfoliator, which leaves my skin brighter, tighter, and incredibly smooth. The one thing I would say is that this scrub can be a little harsh and scratchy and will leave the skin slightly red so if you have sensitive skin its probably not for you! I also like to do a weekly face mask to help pry out all the nasty impurities and dirt from my pores. My all time fave is Soap and Glory's No Clogs Allowed (see review here) which is a self heating mask, and leaves my skin feeling clean as a whistle and ready to soak up my moisturizer. The last product on the HG list is something I have been singing praises about ever since I first discovered it, and that is the La Roche Posay Effaclar Duo +, which I apply to spot prone and oily areas of my face before moisturizing. It really keeps oil and bay and has been keeping my skin clear as ever these days; its rare for me to have more than one pimple at a time now. On top of this it also fights against marks and seeing as I have a little acne scarring on my chin its pretty much an SOS product for me.

What skincare products could you guys not live without? Do you use any of the products I have mentioned?
