NIP+FAB Sheer Make-up Fix Review...

The Nip+Fab Sheer Make-up Fix is what I would call a hydrating primer. It is marketed as a non-tinted BB cream, however I would say it is more of a serum. I have never owned anything from this brand so I was unsure what to expect, but after reading the box I found I was intrigued to try this.

The packaging states "This multi-tasking wonder gel instantly evens out skin tone and texture while diminishing the appearance of fine lines and imperfections." A statement which I am mostly in agreement with.

The primer is loaded with three main ingredients to enable it to work its magic on your skin; hyaluronic acid, osilift, and oats. All three of which aim to smooth and hydrate the skin as well as soften the appearance of fine lines.

It is almost gel like in texture, and when applied to the face feels like a light moisturizer. There is no noticeable scent or perfume which is something I find quite important as some of the stronger products can break me out.

I'm slightly upset that it isn't silicone based and to be honest it didn't really blur out imperfections as well as the Porefessional or even Garnier's 5 Sec Blur. It is however very well priced at £14.95 especially as you get 40ml and the ingredients are all amazing.

Its also good that I enjoy this as a serum as much as a primer, as it means I will reap the full benefits from it without having to use it under my make-up every day. It's also a bargain !

Overall, the primer is good quality and would be ideal for those of us with dry to normal skin. I actually have quite oily skin so prefer a more mattifying primer. This is definitely a good product and it did keep my make up on longer than usual. I did rather enjoy this more when I used it as a serum, and I definitely like the sound of the ingredients so lets hope they do something for my skin.

Have any of you ever used anything by Nip+Fab? Would any of you be likely to use this?
