Dupe alert | Benefit Boi-ing vs Seventeen Phwoarr Paint

Thanks to my dad I have always been rather blessed with a certain physical feature in the form of under eye circles. Those pesky little dark shadows that make me look like I've had little sleep really frustrate me, which is why I am a complete sucker for under eye concealers. Anything that promises to make my under eye area brighter or more awake gets my attention, so for today's post I am going to compare one of my favourite high end under eye concealers with a newly launched budget friendly version.

In both concealers I am best matched to the medium shade, and they both do a great job of covering up my under eye circles, though I would say Phwoarr Paint has slightly less coverage. Despite less coverage it has an amazing brightening effect which is absent in Boiing. They are both marketed as 'heavy duty under eye' concealers and very similar in formula.

In terms of comparison I like them both equally, but I think seventeens version is better value for money. It also has a softer formula than Boiing which can be quite drying on the skin. To top it all off Phwoarr Paint also has better packaging and comes with a handy little mirror for on the go applications.

The lasting power of both concealers is great although I would say Boiing lasts slightly longer.

Overall, SEVENTEEN have nailed under eye concealer with this product and it gets a massive thumbs up from me. if you really want a good under eye concealer but don't want to pay a fortune I think this product is perfect.

    1. It is okay for blemishes but not as good as a cream concealer! Depends what works with your skin though:) ohhhh that sounds good I'll have a wee look!:)

  3. I bought the Boi-ing concealer on a whim and wasn't too impressed as I don't think the price was justified, so happy to hear about a dupe though! Will have to check that out :) x
